Since 2020, Best Venues Group has proudly supported A Chance In Life (ACIL) in planning their Annual Benefit Gala, an event dedicated to empowering at-risk children worldwide. ACIL nonprofit organization provides life-changing programs and opportunities, helping countless young individuals build a brighter future.
This year, for their 79th Annual New York Gala, the theme brought the magic of Neverland to life, symbolizing a place where lost boys and girls are saved. It was an honor to help craft this powerful and meaningful evening, inspiring hope and support for children in need.

Our Approach - Event Solution

To create a captivating Neverland experience, we transformed the iconic Cipriani 25 Broadway , one of Manhattan’s most renowned venues, into a fairytale world using:

  • Projection Mapping:Immersive visuals throughout the venue transported guests to a magical setting.
  • Thematic Decor: A forest-inspired centerpiece with a massive tree adorned with fairy lights and Tinker Bell elements set the scene.
  • Entertainment: A children’s choir performing songs from Peter Pan, a string quartet for a fairytale ambiance, and appearances by Captain Hook and Tinker Bell enchanted attendees.
