The hotel lobby was transformed into a HARMAN-branded welcome area with event decals and logos displayed prominently throughout the space, including branded hotel room keys to create a personalized guest experience.
Despite strong winds and rain from Hurricane Agnes, the rooftop cocktail reception went ahead, showcasing the team’s resilience and enthusiasm.

The day kicked off with an inspiring opening session hosted by Ryan Oakes, a mentalist and MC from NYC, who energized the audience with his engaging performance. Interactive mini team-building activities were integrated between sessions to boost collaboration.
Beach Olympics & BBQ Dinner: After a fun and energized Beach Team Olympics, despite the rain, the BBQ dinner was seamlessly moved indoors at W South Beach Hotel. Once the rain cleared, attendees returned to the beach party set up for a relaxing and fun evening. The combination of surprises and camaraderie made it a memorable night.
