To accommodate attendees traveling from across the U.S., we secured the Marriott Downtown Hotel NYC, offering ample space for both large group gatherings and smaller breakout sessions.

Main Ballroom: Designed for maximum engagement with a hybrid layout—half theater-style and half classroom-style—with comfortable seating options, including bean bags, sofas, armchairs, and cocktail tables.
Breakout Rooms: Five separate rooms dedicated to divisional meetings, along with silent spaces for focused work and a yoga/fitness room featuring instructors for daily “morning pump-up” sessions.
Stage Design: A modern setup featuring three LED screens and a branded backdrop, creating a sleek, professional atmosphere.

Team-Building Activities

Scavenger Hunt: A city-wide exploration challenge with competitive prize activities that encouraged collaboration and connection among teams.
Offsite Social Event: After the scavenger hunt, teams gathered at The Beer Garden at The Standard Hotel in Meatpacking District for a lively networking event featuring ping pong, foosball, and interactive games in a laid-back, fun setting.

Final Night Celebration

To close the event, we hosted an unforgettable evening aboard a private yacht for all 400 attendees. The celebration featured:
