In 2023, Symphony AI hosted its first-ever in-person Global Sales Meeting, uniting over 300 sales leaders from divisions including Retail, Financial Services, Trading and Investing, Industrial, Media, and Enterprise IT. This milestone event took place in New Orleans, Louisiana, a city renowned for its vibrant energy and rich cultural heritage, chosen for its ability to inspire creativity and foster unforgettable team connections. Held in late January, just before the iconic Mardi Gras celebration, the event combined impactful programming with immersive local experiences.
Upon arrival, attendees registered and had the opportunity to update their professional headshots at a branded photo station. Each participant received a welcome kit featuring company-branded vests and other swag items. The evening concluded with a welcome reception at the hotel’s exclusive bar, allowing attendees to meet and connect for the first time in person.
The day began with a powerful Sales Kickoff, led by the new CEO, who emphasized teamwork and shared goals across all divisions. Division leaders presented key strategies under the event theme “Elevate and Accelerate.”
The evening transformed into an elegant Awards Night in the General Session room, which was designed as a symphony-inspired celebration, aligning with the company’s music-themed identity. The room featured a stunning Gatsby-inspired design with a black-and-gold stage backdrop, sophisticated decor, and live jazz performances that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
To conclude the event, attendees experienced a private Mardi Gras parade—an authentic New Orleans experience. The evening began with a welcome drink featuring the city’s signature Hurricane cocktail, and attendees received branded beads and LED sticks to energize the celebration.
A Second Line Parade Band arrived at the hotel to lead the group through the streets, accompanied by brass musicians, stilt walkers, and revelers. With police escorting the procession and roads specially closed for the event, attendees were guided to a private Bourbon Street venue for a Mardi Gras-themed party, complete with local cuisine, music, and unforgettable entertainment.
